PLEASE READ:In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference, we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket. To view responses or the status of your ticket, simply click the link provided to you in the automated email. Your replies to automated ticket emails will be emailed to us and recorded in the ticketed conversations. Our replies to your tickets will also be emailed to you. Please keep all conversations within the same ticket number unless your previous ticket was lost, resolved, or closed. If you have not received a response please check your spam filters and folders.
INSTRUCTIONS:We have tickets options based on your needs. Ticket options are located on the "Open a Ticket" page (links above and below). Select a ticket type in drop down menu next to "help topic."
Please fill out and required information as well as create a simple Title at the bottom in the "Summary" field and detailed information in the "Details" field.
Quotes/Scheduling: For Parts, Service, Labor, Tuning Quotes/Scheduling
Dyno tuning form: Only fill out form AFTER we have confirmed an appointment date/time with you. Please fill out all of the information to the best of your ability. If you are unclear about any required entry OR if a specific entry is not listed contact us via support ticket or phone to ask if your specific vehicle is supported. If we have previously discussed your vehicle and have confirmed support, select the "OTHER" option where applicable.
E-tuning: Select this option if you are not local or do not want to have your vehicle tuned in person. Please fill out all of the information to the best of your ability. If you are unclear about any required entry OR if a specific entry is not listed contact us via support ticket or phone to ask if your specific vehicle is supported. If we have previously discussed your vehicle and have confirmed support, select the "OTHER" option where applicable.
Tech Question/Support: If you have a question regarding specific parts, tuning, fluids or if you need our help with an issue you're having use this option.
